Because production sits in a single location, the shipping plan stays simple: the same line, the same quality standard, every market.
Four steps, each with written confirmation and a single point of contact.
We receive the project specification together with the product group, dimensions and quantity. Where no specification exists, we recommend a suitable product based on the conditions of use.
Where required we send samples and share the size table. Product and quantity are confirmed in writing.
The order is placed in the plant's production schedule. Production runs on the extrusion and moulding lines, followed by dimensional and strength checks.
Products are palletised and loaded according to the shipping method; customs and transport documents are issued.
